CSTDC provides a full range of quality training services and programs. These services are customised to respond to clients needs, they include:

* Certificate II, III, IV in Community Services
* Recruitment and Orientation Training Services
* Bridging Courses in Certificate III & IV in Community Services
* Traineeships in Certificate III & IV in Community Services
* Skills Recognition and Assessment Services
* Workforce Planning & Development Services
* Industry Short Courses (eg Manual Handling, Transition Care)

All training is accredited and consistent with the Australian Qualification and Training Framework Standards. CSTDC training programs are aligned with the Accreditation standards of Ages Care, Disability Work, and Home and Community Care industry standards. State and Commonwealth Governments are keenly aware of the workforce development needs of the community services industry and are willing to direct funding towards these industries.

Currently we have established training providers contracts with the State and Commonwealth Government Departments. We will liaise with New Apprenticeship Centers on employers behalf to access Government funding. Our training services are flexible in delivery (face to face, distant E-Learning) and can be customised to your organisation’s needs. Our Trainers, Mentors and Assessors are qualified and have extensive industry experience. We emphasize in our training with employers organisations and a practical, problem based approach to learning.
